Ray and Clare Reula launched the Finestrat based local care agency on October 1st 2007 with the
initial emphasis of our 3 C´s mission being to offer Care, Companionship and Cleaning which were the three
primary services provided by us in the early days of the organisation.
In addition to the basic provisions we also provided a long list of equally important services to enhance
the lives of our senior community members and to the very elderly and housebound residents across the Costa
Blanca. We offer care to all who are vulnerable and need help in their own home.
The idea to set up the organisation was developed as an extension of voluntary services already
provided in the region. We realised early on that senior and elderly people living on the Costa Blanca found
the cost of professional and nursing care provided by expensive local businesses to be beyond their means.
Many of the most vulnerable members of the English community were forced to rely on volunteer help, which
whilst well meaning and vital work often left those needing care without proper professionally managed care
plans in place at a time when needed most.
It was from this small beginning that we formed the 3 C´s agency which initially relied heavily on a small
team of experienced carers. Today we are able to tap into a wide ranging team of professionals. These
include Physiotherapists, Chiropodists, Nutrition Experts, Doctors and of course our committed home help staff
and fully qualified and trained nursing staff. This allows us to tailor services for clients and keep costs to a
minimum providing the more expensive nursing care only when needed with the back up of less qualified but
experienced helpers and carers once the need for medically trained staff is no longer required. We have been
able to produce a tariff of charges designed to provide very affordable care services to everyone. In principle,
no one who needs genuine assistance will be turned away by us.
